In February 2017 Phantom Filmschool will be hosting an adventure tour in the Western Cape of South Africa

Itinerary
19 February: arrive and meet at Hotel in Cape Town. Hotel to be determined. Depending on arrival of all guests lunch will be at hotel and dinner will be at the V&A Waterfront where we will have time to walk around this beautiful harbor location with stunning views of the city and mountain and do some shopping.
20 February: after breakfast at the hotel we will go to Boulders Beach in Simonstown to swim with the Penguins followed by a long lazy lunch in Kalk Bay. After this we will take a beautiful drive to Table Mountain where we will go up the mountain in Cable Car (*weather permitting) and take in a later afternoon/sunset view of the whole of Cape Town. Then back to hotel to get ready for an exciting dinner in Kloof Road at the eccentric Bombay Bicycle club. (no drone flying will be permitted at Boulders beach or Table Mountain)
21 February: after breakfast we will take a beautiful scenic drive along the famous Franschoek wine route taking part in wine tasting along the way to enjoy a long and lazy lunch on a wine farm. On the way back we will visit Dolphin Beach in Table Bay for a walk on the beach and to take in the postcard view of Table mountain. Then back to the hotel and delicious dinner in town.
22 February: after breakfast we check-out and head to Cape Town International airport to transfer to the town of George. On arrival in George we will get in the tour van and stop for a lunch in the Wilderness on route to Cloud 9. Then we will go to Cloud 9 and guests will have the rest of the day to relax and unwind - perhaps chill at the infinity pool or fly your Phantom around. That night we will have a dinner prepared by a local chef at Cloud 9 and chat about aerial photography.
23 February: breakfast and a swim at Cloud 9. Then we go on a 2.5 hour drive to Tsitsikama where we do a Segway tour in the forests. After this we stop in Plettenberg Bay for lunch and find some isolated locations on the way back for optional flying (*weather permitting). We spend the rest of the day flying and learning, discussing techniques and methods from the Filmschool courses. We will also relax and have dinner and do some sunset flying.
24 February: after breakfast we head off to some the isolated beaches in Sedgefield to enjoy the beach and some flying if the wind is low. We have lunch on Myoli beach at Pili Pili beach bar and then head back to Cloud 9. If the weather is amicable we will go for Tandem paragliding at Sedgeview. Then dinner and chill at Cloud 9.
25 February: off for brunch and shopping to the weekly Saturday local farmers market in Sedgefield, rated as the best farmer's market in the area. Lots to see and wonderful goods to buy. After the market we head back to Cloud 9 for lunch. We spend the rest of the day flying and learning, discussing techniques and methods from the Filmschool courses. Dinner at Cloud 9.
26 February: after breakfast we go to the beautiful small beach town called Buffelsbaai. We will try get in some flying at isolated spots along the way. Everyone can relax on the beach, swim and get a tan. Followed by a scenic lunch in Knysna at the breathtaking Knysna Heads with incredibly stunning views. this restaurant is rated the top restaurant by trip advisor in the area. Some afternoon shopping in Kynsna and then back to Cloud 9 for more flying and relaxation and dinner.
27 February: after breakfast we head off on a 1.5 hour drive to the award-winning game farm for the day of Safari which includes a game drive, lunch and enjoying the absolute beauty of the area. Then back late afternoon to Cloud 9 with a dinner in Wilderness along route.
28 February: after breakfast we head off to George airport and transfer back to Cape Town. The tour ends and everyone is free to stay on and carry on sightseeing Cape Town or to return home.

Email booking request stating own or shared bedroom to [email protected]. If space is available you will receive a booking confirmation by email with an invoice for the deposit. The deposit will be $1000.
Payment terms:
- deposit to secure
- balance in full to be paid by end of November 2016 or forfeit deposit
- any cancellations in December 2017 will be 50% refundable
- any cancellations in January 2017 - will be 20% refundable
- after that no refunds

- beverages & snacks will be provided during transport but anything over and above this is for your own account
- strict observance of local rules and regulations regarding flying of drones is required and will be explained to you
- Phantom Filmschool reserves the right to vary or amend these terms
- Phantom Filmschool will not be liable for services provided by the 3rd party suppliers for example game drives or paragldiing and these are all done at own risk and on terms and conditions entered into between you and the supplier
